Our Delaware Permit to Purchase (P2P) course meets the state’s training requirement for individuals applying to purchase a handgun. You’ll receive hands-on instruction in a safe, supportive environment led by a USCCA Certified Instructor, with a focus on responsible firearm ownership and practical skills you can carry with confidence.
What You’ll Learn
- Safe firearm handling and storage
- Ammunition safety and child protection
- Shooting fundamentals and live-fire training
- Delaware and federal firearm laws
- Delaware deadly force laws
- Suicide prevention and responsible ownership
What to Bring
- Firearm
- Driver’s License/State ID
- At least 100 rounds of ammunition (if using your own firearm)
- Two or more magazines (recommended)
- Eye and ear protection
- Brim Hat
- Lunch or snacks
